Portrait of a Child

Empowering
Protecting
Them

Bethel-Mansfield exists to empower at-risk children in underserved communities in as many places as possible.

At Bethel-Mansfield Foundation, our sole mission is to empower children in underserved communities by giving away school supplies, creating campaigns to raise awareness of child abuse and recruit advocates, and closing the health equity gap through pediatric clinical missions. We do this by partnering with communities, organizations, and corporations to identify and assess needs.

How We Serve

The programs we developed and designed cater to the three ways in which we seek to accomplish our mission of empowering at-risk children, everywhere: school supplies, anti-child abuse campaigns, and pediatric clinical missions.

School Backpack

B2S Local

Partnering with local school administrators, we discover the basic and essential needs of their students. According to local school administrators, students need basic supplies such as glue, paper, and scissors, while essential needs include socks, laundry detergent, and shirts.

Child Learning Numbers at School

B2S Global

While basic and essential needs are similar, B2S Global seeks partnership with trusted members, adding an additional layer of security to our process of delivering school goods to students in underserved communities. We have been able to secure a trusted partner in Nigeria who distributes supplies to children in the villages of Uyo.

Speech Therapy

Bethel Project

Creating relationships with health practitioners who either visit or live in various communities, local and global, where children are not given adequate health care, we endeavor to raise funds to support pediatric clinical missions on a quarterly basis.

Child by the Window

BEMA

As the most sensitive program of Bethel-Mansfield Foundation, garnering a high level of compassion from both leaders, staff, partners, and sponsors, BEMA sets out to raise unprecedented levels of child abuse awareness, spotlighting the egregious crime of child sexual abuse. We create campaigns centered on real crimes and areas of high incidents of child abuse in order to recruit advocates.

Impact Spotlight

For this impact spotlight, we shine the light on our efforts for Highland Heights Elementary, located in Acres Homes, Houston. In Fall 2023, we partnered with their wraparound specialist to identify specific needs of their student body. With the help of only one corporate donor, we were able to give away tons of school supplies. Some of which we highlight below.

40K

A little over 40,000 laundry pods

24K

100 boxes of 24-count, high-quality crayons

300

The number of socks (3 pair per student)

100

The number of students who were given supplies
