Antoinette J. Okono, PhD
Executive Director
My passion for child safety is realized through my role as the Executive Director of the Bethel-Mansfield Foundation. To raise awareness about this critical issue, we publish blogs and share targeted social media posts. Additionally, our partnership with local schools in Acres Homes enables us to address the educational needs of children in our community.
The way I lead is rooted in cultivating a culture of collaboration and structure, driving strategic thought from my PhD studies in Marketing and Quantitative Methods (Analysis) from the University of South Alabama, an MS in Economic Development and Entrepreneurship and MBA in global studies from the University of Houston in Victoria.
She is a data analyst and researcher on child maltreatment issues and is passionate about identifying gaps and developing effective contributions. Antoinette leads Bethel-Mansfield Foundation by cultivating a culture of integrity, collaboration, and innovation, advancing the mission and increasing performance year-over-year.
